Pad Blast is a class that includes leg strikes and core exercises as well as a round of circuits.
The main focus of the class is cardio and hitting pads. Your cardio and your arm and leg strength will improve in weeks, guaranteed. Additionally, you'll learn how to use your hands and feet correctly and how to chain strikes onto one another - all in a friendly environment.
The best thing about our Pad Class is that you can set your own pace and improve week by week. The instructors will give you exercises to do and will encourage you to push your limits, but ultimately it's up to you how hard you work.
