Kick Boxing is a hybrid combat sport which draws on techniques from several  martial arts such as Karate, Muay Thai, Savate, Western Boxing to name a few. Created in the second half of the 20th century, Kick Boxing is an extremely  popular sport, suitable for all sizes, ages, and genders.


Here at EMA you will develop great punching and kicking skills, improving your footwork and body coordination plus working on the all important defensive techniques and strategies . Our sessions will get your cardio to a high standard and increase your overall body strength as well.
