The Art

What Is Women’s Kickboxing?

Our Women’s Kickboxing class draws on JTX — our blend of traditional kickboxing and Muay Thai — taught in a dedicated women-only setting. The focus is on technique, control, and building real confidence rather than competition or sparring.

Classes include:

  • Punches, kicks, knees, and elbows
  • Pad work and partner drills
  • Footwork, balance, and movement
  • Combinations and structured progressions
  • Practical self-defence awareness
  • Fitness conditioning scaled to your level

You will never be pressured to spar — the class is about building skill, strength, and confidence at your own pace.
