The Art

What Is JTX Style Kickboxing?

JTX is a modern striking system that takes the most effective elements of kickboxing and Muay Thai and teaches them in a way that’s accessible, practical, and great for fitness. The focus is on technique before power, control before intensity.

Training includes:

  • Boxing punches and kickboxing kicks
  • Muay Thai knees and elbows
  • Footwork, balance, and movement
  • Pad work and controlled partner drills
  • Simple combinations with progressive intensity
  • Options to scale to your level from day one

We are not a fight gym so you won’t be thrown in at the deep end. Someof our students love to spar, and other prefer not to - the choice is yours.
