Cadets Jiu Jitsu in Exeter
Our Cadets programme at Exeter Martial Arts is designed for 11–15 year olds, combining high-energy martial arts training with essential life skills, character education, and personal development. At this age, martial arts is about more than techniques — it’s about preparing teenagers for the challenges of adult life.
Whether new to martial arts or progressing from Junior classes, Cadets Jiu Jitsu offers the perfect balance of physical challenge, mental growth, and social development.
