HEALTH & FITNESS
At Exeter Martial Arts we have probably the largest selection of combat sports under one roof in the south west with a super experienced instructor team for each of the individual disciplines.
Health & Fitness
Alongside our combat and traditional disciplines, Exeter Martial Arts offers a dedicated Health & Fitness programme built around low-impact, high-benefit training: Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Strength & Conditioning and Pad Blast. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress or simply get fitter in a friendly, supportive environment, our qualified instructors will help you train at your own pace. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome to try a free, no-commitment taster session.

Our Strength & Conditioning sessions build functional strength, power and stamina using martial arts-inspired training methods — a great way to boost your fitness and support performance across any discipline you train in.
