1-2-1 Coaching in Exeter
1-2-1 coaching is about focused, personal attention you don't always get in a group class. At Exeter Martial Arts, our instructors work directly with you to target your specific goals — whether that's technique, fitness, confidence, or grading preparation.
Sessions are available across our disciplines, including Traditional Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, BJJ, and Kenjutsu, and can be tailored to complete beginners or experienced students looking to sharpen specific skills.

How It Works
1-2-1 coaching pairs you directly with one of our instructors for a session built entirely around you. Unlike a group class, the pace, focus, and content are shaped by your goals, your current level, and how you learn best.
