Stretch your fitness boundaries with this excellent fitness class. Challenge your body through exercises that will improve your cardio, core, stamina, and overall strength – all in one class!
This class is our fitness all-rounder: The first third of our class focuses on cardio exercises; our instructors have a wide range of drills designed to get you huffing and puffing. After a short break, we move on to the strength part of the class, aiming to gradually increase your overall body strength. The final third is all about the core; you’ll get plenty of drills to strengthen and stabilise your midriff and lower back.
