We have two fun work out classes
Our new Friday night - Exe Box - pad class 6.30-7.30pm starting March 2nd
This is a class for all levels of fitness and is a fun end of the week stress busting class which will leave you energised for the weekend. No martial arts just a great pad hitting, kick boxing/ boxing class (no contact or sparring)
Our second class is our strength and conditioning class
Using Sandbags, Kettle bells, Medicine and Physio Balls, Punchbags etc.
Its a mixed age and ability class but once youve tried this class you will relealise the benefits as you become fitter, tone up and improve your general health and wel being.
The class begins with a short warm up and then runs smoothly into 3 key areas:
Cardio
Strength
Core
Every 3 month we run a group fitness test which will show you how your key areas are improving. Our first 9 months of results are in
and overall people who started the class who were new to the training at Exeter Martial Arts incresed there test scores by 100% and those who where initailly niave to our classes incresed their fitness scores over all three areas by a massive 160%.
